SIA Engineering adds governance, audit and restructuring specialist, Quek Bin Hwee, to board

SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) has appointed chartered accountant and former vice chairman of PwC Singapore, Quek Bin Hwee, to its board. Read More » Quek will take her seat on April 1 and also will join the board’s audit committee, SIAEC told the Singapore Exchange (SGX). "Mrs Quek has extensive experience in statutory audits, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, fraud investigations and business and finance," SIAEC said. Quek's other director positions are with CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited, Certis Cisco Security Pte Ltd, Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Mapletree Oakwood Holdings Pte Ltd. She also serves on several of Singapore’s statutory bodies, SIAEC said.
