There was some difficult news to digest in the region this week as the wicked public health enemy, COVID-19, continued to pose huge challenges to governments everywhere.
In Australia, some 12 million residents will spend the weekend in lockdown to contain a series of outbreaks in the nation's two largest cities of Melbourne and Sydney. Asia-Pacific aerospace briefs today
Pratt & Whitney Canada said it planned to test hybrid-electric propulsion technology on board a Dash 8-100 demonstrator, with ground testing set to commence in 2022 ahead of flight tests in 2024.
Singapore-based information technology and services company, Accredify, has signed an agreement with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to issue COVID-19 test credentials that would be accepted for IATA's travel pass app.
