British Airways (BA) will resume nonstop London Heathrow-Tokyo Haneda from mid-November. Read More » The oneworld alliance member said the route will be daily and flown with 787-8s configured with 35 business, 25 premium economy and 154 economy seats. “We can’t wait to welcome our customers back on board our direct flights between Tokyo and London,” BA head of sales Asia-Pacific, Noella Ferns, said. “We are honoured to again play our part in connecting the two cities. We have been flying to Japan for more than 70 years. It remains an extremely important market for us.” BA put Heathrow-Haneda on hold in November last year.
